Do you offer returns or refunds?
💖 Returns & Store Credit Policies
At Doll Behavior, every piece is designed with love and made in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our small-batch production and intimate apparel, we do not offer refunds — but we believe in meeting our customers halfway where we can.
🛍 STORE CREDIT
We may offer store credit within 5 days of delivery if:
- You contact us within 5 days
- The item is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original condition
- Your request is approved after inspection
- You cover return shipping
- The item is not swimwear or custom-made
All store credit requests are handled case-by-case and must be submitted to us. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
👙 SWIMWEAR – FINAL SALE
All swimwear is final sale and not eligible for store credit, returns, or exchanges. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept any returns on swimwear under any circumstances.
Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
✂️ CUSTOM ORDERS – FINAL SALE
All custom-designed or made-to-order items are final sale. These pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
🚨 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

What shipping methods are availbale?
We currently offer the following U.S. shipping options:
Standard Shipping – $6.95 (3–5 business days)
Express Shipping – $29.95 (1–2 business days)
Free Shipping – Orders $100+ (applied automatically)
Shipping rates are based on your order total and delivery location. You’ll see your available options, estimated delivery times, and costs at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking info will be emailed.
International rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Free Shipping (orders $100+): 3–5 business days
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships. We appreciate your patience as we carefully pack each order with love 💕.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to select countries worldwide via DHL and USPS. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note, we do not offer free shipping on international orders at this time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. Your payment info is secure, and your privacy is protected.
